Test & Treat

Providing low-no cost testing and treatment is critical to reaching patients in high-risk neighborhoods where individuals are more likely to be uninsured or underinsured.
Our mission at Crew Community Health is to end HIV, educate the community on prevention and help those living with HIV to do so confidently.

Our in-house team of outreach and prevention experts study the community down to specific neighborhoods to determine where the risks are greatest. We then aim to test, treat, and educate the members of that community.

Providing these services for the uninsured or underinsured is so crucial to closing the gap on new HIV cases.

We utilize the 340B Program, which enables covered entities to stretch scarce federal resources as far as possible, reaching more eligible patients and providing more comprehensive services. Crew Community Health utilizes these resources to provide low to no-cost comprehensive healthcare for the LGBTQ+ community. These services include medical, laboratory services, psychology, psychiatry and outreach programs. Also, through our partnership with contract pharmacies, we are able to provide low to no-cost medications for STIs, PrEP, PEP, HIV and primary care.
